HELPFUL INFORMATION AND FRIENDLY REMINDERS:
- Pet Ordinance: West Donegal Township ordinance Chapter 60 ("Animals") should be understood by all pet owners. "Unlawful to allow animals to run at large." (#60-3) and "Removal of animal waste." (#60-11) are of particular importance to our community. For more information, please visit the West Donegal Township site: https://ecode360.com/14441009#14441009
- Blue Trash Carts: Please remember that blue trash carts are not permitted to be stored in the front or on the sides of your property unless hidden from view.
- Wetlands & Culverts: Wetlands, culverts, drainage areas, construction sites, and other sensitive places are unsafe for walking or playing and should be avoided.
- Driveway Curb Ramps/Basketball Hoop: Curb ramps that minimize scraping to the bottom of your vehicle when entering/exiting your driveway MUST be removed before the first snowfall. West Donegal Township has informed us that their snowplows will not be held responsible should they hit a driveway curb ramp, basketball hoop, or other obstruction and damage private property.
- Slow Down! We continue to receive complaints about speeding through the development. The HOA Board has been in discussions with West Donegal Township and the Northwest Regional Police Department regarding the speeding issue to understand our options moving forward. Please mind your speed when traveling on development streets. Thank you!
- Consider joining an HOA committee! For more information, contact us using the request form on the CONTACT web page.
